Engage College Ministry

Engage College Ministry exists to lead college students and young adults into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. We desire to see students engage with God in worship, engage in relationships and build up one another, engage in God’s Word through Bible study, and engage in service by reaching out to those around us.

College Breakfast & Bible Study
Sunday mornings – 11:30am – Fellowship Hall
Each Sunday morning we gather together in the Fellowship Hall at 11:30am for breakfast & Bible study. Enjoy a continental breakfast and take part in our small group discussions. This is a great opportunity to engage in God’s Word with other college students and to make some new friends. At 10:45am we gather together in the Worship Center for a time of worship as our pastor, Dr. Jimmy Scroggins, teaches us how to apply the Bible to our lives.

Tuesday Night Groups
Meets at 7:00pm in the Solid Rock (4th floor @ FBC)
Our Tuesday night groups are a great opportunity to go deeper spiritually. This spring we in the midst of a study on relationships, sex, marriage, and romance based on Song of Solomon. Tuesday nights are discussion based. We want to hear what you have to say.

Sunday Night @ the Muir’s (SN@M)
Sunday evenings – 8:00pm – The Muir’s super-sweet condo (contact us for directions)
Sunday nights are a great time to get together and have some fun. We get together at the Muir’s home and eat junk food, play games, watch movies, and just have a great time. This is a great way to meet some new people in a very relaxed environment.

Summer Mission Trip to Guatemala
This summer we will be on mission in Guatemala from June 19th to June 26th. We will be working in rural villages outside of Guatemala City. Our mission will be to meet the practical needs of the people (providing shelter, food, medical supplies) so that we may have an open door to meet the spiritual needs of the people.
